These Terms of Service govern your use of the Purpose2Destiny website and your purchase or participation in any coaching programme, workshop, online course, membership, digital resource or related service.
By accessing our website or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use our services.

Scope of Services
Purpose2Destiny provides coaching, education, workshops and digital learning designed to support adults through identity shifts, life transitions and purposeful living.
Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is a forward-looking, collaborative process. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice or financial advice. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and wellbeing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to participate honestly, attend sessions where possible, complete agreed activities and take responsibility for decisions arising from coaching.
Fees and Payment
Programme fees are payable in advance unless a written instalment agreement has been made. Failure to complete a programme does not automatically remove the obligation to pay outstanding agreed fees.
Refunds, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Refunds are considered in accordance with applicable consumer legislation and the service purchased. Digital products already accessed are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
We request at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Missed appointments without sufficient notice may be treated as completed sessions.
Programme Rules
Participants must behave respectfully, maintain confidentiality, avoid discriminatory behaviour and contribute positively to a safe learning environment.
Intellectual Property
All Purpose2Destiny materials, including the Purpose2Destiny CLL Transformation Framework™, Identity Reset™, Relevance Reset™, Emotional Renewal Reset™, Destiny Activation™, together with books, workbooks, videos, graphics, assessments and digital resources, remain the intellectual property of Purpose2Destiny unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Accessibility
We aim to make our services accessible and welcome feedback to help us improve accessibility.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us. Complaints will be acknowledged promptly, investigated fairly and responded to professionally.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purpose2Destiny shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Any liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant programme, product or service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage disputes to be resolved through constructive discussion and mediation before formal legal proceedings where appropriate.
Governing Law
For clients in the United Kingdom these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections in other jurisdictions continue to apply where required by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions where permitted by law.
